These Terms of Service govern your use of Crowdifund. By creating an account or making a donation, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a fundraiser or make a donation. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
You agree not to use Crowdifund for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent yourself or the cause you're raising for, or to harass other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
When you create a fundraiser, you are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide, including the story, beneficiary, and how funds will be used. You must use funds raised for the stated purpose.
Crowdifund does not pre-approve campaigns, but we may review, restrict, or remove fundraisers that violate our policies. We may also pause withdrawals if a campaign is under review.
Donations are processed by our payment partner and are non-refundable except where required by law or under our Giving Guarantee. Donors are responsible for confirming the legitimacy of a campaign before contributing.
We do not guarantee that any fundraiser will reach its goal, that funds will be used as described, or that beneficiaries will receive the full amount raised after fees.
Crowdifund does not charge a platform fee at this time. Standard payment processing fees apply to all donations and are deducted before funds are transferred to organizers. Current rates are listed in our help center.
You may not create fundraisers for illegal activities, weapons, gambling, drugs, hate speech, harassment, or any content that violates the rights of others. A full list of prohibited categories is available in our community guidelines.
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting on Crowdifund, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your campaign on the platform and through related marketing channels.
The platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any campaign content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of Crowdifund after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
